I’m having a series of conversations of the higher consciousness of leadership, that is now required from us, with Julie Anne Hart in the podcast over the next coming months.

In 2016, Julie Anne channeled 12 laws of leadership ascension and she’s now teaching them to others.

As I’ve come across few of them this autumn myself, I asked her if we could do a podcast episode on each of the laws and talk about what they mean in terms of leadership and the change that is required – within us.

Leadership position is sacred.

Yet we’re so ill equipped to step fully into it. With our whole being.

There’s still so much judgement and name, blame, shame games going on. So much of the attitude of wanting change, but not wanting to change.

So much, in fact, that we have lost our ability to hear and connect with the inner wisdom. To follow the way of wisdom.

The increasing restlessness in the world nowadays has a lot to do with people wanting to reconnect with their innate knowingness of how to live.

How to live in harmony with themselves and others. In harmony with the entire planet and cosmic system.

How to belong again.

As Julie Anne says in our conversation of the first law, how we go into a higher level of consciousness in our leadership, is through you coming into awareness of an inner knowing of what needs to change within you.

It’s one of those light bulb moments, you know. But it doesn’t come from another human being.

It comes from your source, directly to you. And that will give you an education.

And this is the first step on your journey to belong again. To fully tap into the sacredness of your leadership position.

Questions for you to consider this week:

• What is there that does not serve you, and thus others, anymore?
• What is there to be released?
• What needs to change?

Remember that growth inevitably hurts, too. The path may not always be easy or comfortable, but true belonging requires us to put the work in.
